Foshan Shunde Dejian Plastic Pipe Manufacture Co., Ltd is located at the beautiful hinterland of Pearl River Delta----Xinchong industrial zone, Xintan town, Shunde district, Foshan city. It is a large-scale factory that occupies an area of 11,000 square meters. It was Xintan Lvdi Civil Administration Welfare Plastic Manufactory by name. It was founded in 1992. In 2000, It changed its name to Shunde Dejian Plastic Pipe Manufacture Co., Ltd which was registered with 13.10 million RMB. After that, it changed its name to Foshan Shunde Dejian Plastic Pipe Manufacture Co., Ltd as Shunde was no longer a city but a district which belongs to Foshan city. Since its foundation, Dejian has set up its tenet as Quality First, Brave Enterprising, Excellent Service and Faithful. Based on this, Dejian imported 32 extruders, 6 mould injections and 7 testing machines.

　　On operation scale: Products of Dejian can be divided into 6 series----jacket pipes for underground wires and cables of PVC or PE for communication or electricity, drainpipes for buildings, flow pipes for drinking water and so on. Its annual output of PVC pipes is 30,000 tons; PE pipes 15,000 tons, fittings 6,000 pipes. If measured by length, the daily output of PVC pipe is 80km; PE pipe 180km and the daily repertory of PVC pipe is 300 km and PE pipe 500 km.

　　On annual sales: As it applied the world-class PVC pipe production line produced by Austrian CM and PE production line produced by Liansu Group since its foundation, Dejian's products have been very popular since the day that they showed themselves on market. At that time, Guangzhou Telecom was under construction and Guangzhou Telecom Bureau became one of close friends for Dejian. Believing that Quality is footstone of an enterprise, Dejian tried its best to make its products of strong tenacity, lubricity (on surface), rich color and easy installation. As a result, products of Dejian are in accordance with YD/T841-1996 standard and they are honored as Excellent Products in Guangdong, Quality Reliable Products, Recommended Products by Guangdong Consumer Committee, Advanced Private Enterprise in Shunde Foshan and so forth. Furthermore, it got certificate of ISO 9001:2000 in 2000.
